This worksheet helps you take one real question your office gets asked and work it through four steps: Define, Assemble, Transform and Deliver. Along the way, you’ll build the data governance that matters most: who looks after the data, what the numbers mean and who can see them.

How it works:

  1. Start with one question. Pick something your office is asked often, and keep it focused.

  2. Answer what you can. Blanks are fine. What you can’t answer yet is useful too, because it shows you where to start next time.

  3. Submit, and we’ll follow up. If you include your email, we’ll review your answers and reach out within two business days to talk through what you found and possible next steps. There’s no cost or obligation.
