We are currently hiring a full-time research assistant, the position will last until the end of summer 2026. The position is $20.00 hourly / 35 hours a week and starts as early as May 19.

This position is funded by the Government of Canada through the Canada summer jobs program.

Position Overview:  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team for the summer. This role is ideal for a student with strong research skills, an interest in data and analytics, and solid administrative capabilities.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support client projects   

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from a variety of sources   

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations of findings   

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation and scheduling   

  • Create visually engaging materials using tools such as Canva   

  • Support internal projects and process improvements as needed   

Qualifications:  

  • Current post-secondary student (or recent graduate) in a relevant field   

  • Demonstrated research experience (academic or professional)   

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)   

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an asset   

  • Strong organizational and time management skills   

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
