What Participants Will Do
Participants will:
Translate their strategic plan into a small set of clear strategic choices
Identify what must stop to create capacity for what matters most
Define decision-grade measures that support learning and leadership decisions
Convert one strategic priority into focused 90-day execution priorities
Develop a practical cascade and conversation plan to align leaders, managers, and teams
Establish a realistic 30/60/90-day activation plan and operating rhythm
Learning Environment
The lab is intentionally small (approximately 8–10 participants) to support meaningful reflection and peer learning. Structured activities, templates, and clear confidentiality norms allow participants to share challenges at the pattern level while keeping the work practical and psychologically safe.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is designed for nonprofit executive directors, senior leaders, and members of leadership teams responsible for implementing strategy. Participants should bring their current strategic plan and be ready to work on real priorities.
Facilitators
The lab is co-facilitated by Karen Menard, CEO of Measured Strategies Inc., and Rachel Hofstetter, Principal of Rachel Hofstetter Consulting. Together, they bring deep experience in nonprofit strategy, facilitation, and organizational alignment.
Outcome
Participants leave with clarity, confidence, and concrete tools — ready to lead aligned conversations, strengthen execution, and increase the likelihood that their strategy delivers meaningful impact.
