Leading with Impact Series: STRATEGIC PLAN ACTIVATION

$250 $299

A Strategy Alignment & Activation Lab for Nonprofit Leaders

Join us in person for an engaging session where you'll dive into activating your strategic plan!

The Strategic Plan Activation Lab is a one-day, hands-on working session designed for nonprofit executive teams and senior leaders who want to ensure their implementation remains aligned with their strategic intent over time.

Strategic plans are created at a moment in time. Implementation unfolds in a dynamic environment shaped by change, pressure, and competing priorities. As that gap widens, even strong plans can lose clarity and focus. This lab creates space for leaders to pause, reflect, and fine-tune execution so it continues to support where the organization wants to go.

The lab uses a Strategy Alignment & Activation approach — helping leaders translate strategic intent into focused priorities, meaningful measures, and near-term action without rewriting the plan.

This session is designed to address the common drift that occurs between strategy and execution. Rather than starting over, participants recalibrate — clarifying what still matters, what needs adjustment, and how to strengthen follow-through.
